Mara's B-day

We have a dilemma each year...too many birthdays right at the same time!! The first party of the month was Samara's. Audrey had a blast in the outdoors at the park, although she's not too adventurous when it comes to slides, steps, etc. She loved eating cake, however, and enjoyed the craft too. Thank you Miss Kim!!

Nana's house

For Audrey's birthday we went to the beach and got Nana. While we were there we had to have some fun. We enjoyed Cracker Barrel (oh the macaroni and cheese, followed by a good rock in a chair).

Best Buds

Hey, I know I haven't blogged in forever, so I thought I'd catch up. Here are some pics of Audrey and her best friend in the whole wide world. We babysat while our friends went out and got a new car (how exciting, really!!). It was a nice day, so I took the kids out for some fun in the sprinkler on our patch of grass.

National Night Out

So I've decided to do a blog my way now. Aaron nicely set up an actual website, but when I found out that I couldn't post video and it was getting hard to post pictures, we decided to call the site quits.

A couple of my friends use this site, so I thought I'd give it a whirl.

Here's our own version of the National Night Out this past Tuesday. We wanted to go to a small town nearby and get some free ice cream, but it was a slow evening and we decided to cook out.




We grilled some italian sausages...which slightly caught on fire.

Audrey likes to play outside a lot now...here she is playing soccer with daddy.


And then, after I said, "say cheese!", I caught her in a pic saying "no cheese mommy". Her "two-ness" is really coming out. Only a little bit until she is official!
