Our Big Girl

Well, we took another plunge tonight. Audrey is now in a big girl bed!! We lowered the crib completely, took down the big railing, and put up two small railings. I already had toddler sheets/pillow case/comforter and had just been using the fitted sheet since she was born. Now we can use it all! It took us a while to get things situated and work around her as she played with blocks on the floor. But, she was ecstatic about the "Nemo" big girl blanket she would be using. We put down two pillows on the floor, in case she rolls off. We'll let you know how tonight went!!

Great Grandma

The next day we went to Great Grandma's place. Although she swears she hates it, I think she likes her little apartment. It's assisted living with tons of activities and right near family and her church. Audrey whipped out her markers and made us all help color. Right outside Great Grandma's door was a soldier that Aaron's cousin made. Two peas in a pod!!

Happy New Years!

Yes, a blast from the past! On New Years day we went to SC to visit more family. Audrey got the chance to spin on a Sit N Spin that was about 20 years or more old. How sad. She got the hang of it! She liked her Aunt and Uncle's dog who got very comfortable with Audrey. Then Aaron took a picture of Uncle Zep taking a picture. Why? Don't know. We all had a lot of fun.

Warm Day

Well, we were in the south, so of course we had a warm day! It was a nice 50/60 degree day, so I took Audrey outside to draw with some sidewalk chalk that found it's way into her christmas gifts. She just liked to draw straight lines, so I had to help out with the graffiti. At least it rained right before we left...
